SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship worldwide through registered courier companies for all our orders.
  • All our domestic orders are shipped within 7-15 working days.
  • You will be notified with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number.

     **Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for shipping & deliveries.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the final shipping destination.
  • You will be notified of the complete shipping charges at the time of checkout.
  • Shipping charges, Duties & Taxes are to be borne by the customer.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  • We take great care in packing and shipping of our products. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
  • International orders are not eligible for refund or replacements.

  • Before accepting shipments of our products from the delivery personnel, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any order cancellation, you need to notify us within 24 hours of order placing with an email to tarudesignstudio@gmail.com
