Carved trivet

This hand carved trivet is  the perfect stage for serving your favourite beverages that blends into your everyday mood. The surface has markings where the chisel has carved along to add traction and stability to objects placed on top. It is finished using shou sugi ban technique (art of preserving wood using fire).

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Wash with liquid soap. Keep away from abrasive scrubbers and deep water soaks. Wipe the product dry with a cloth before storing. Once in a while rub with a piece of lemon and salt and then apply edible oil to maintain sheen.
